H670 would establish that all elections in Masschusetts be conduced on voter-marked paper ballots. As things stand, Secretary of State Galvin has decreed that Massachusetts use only paper ballot voting systems, but H670 makes paper ballots a requirement of law rather than just a wise administrative choice.
