In addition to funding to repair and strengthen this city’s hurricane and flood protection system, Louisiana’s leaders have asked Congress to fund programs help property owners rebuild and to help revive our devastated health care system.
These ongoing initiatives are critical to the future of New Orleans, and we need to remind Congress of this as often and as loudly as possible.
