COs Should Not Be Imprisoned

On August 8, Inge Donato started a six-month prison term for following her religious convictions against paying taxes for military purposes. Please write a letter to the editor to bring this situation to light and to call for support of H.R. 2631. This bill in Congress would allow conscientious objectors to pay their taxes into a fund for non-military purposes only.
