Do Not Execute Terrick Nooner!

Terrick Nooner, AR

September 18, 2007

On September 18, 2007, Arkansas is set to execute Terrick Nooner for the March 1993 murder of Scott Stobaugh.

The state of Arkansas should not execute Nooner for his role in this crime.  Executing Nooner would violate the right to life as declared in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and constitute the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment. Nooner’s public defender claims that Nooner suffers from severe mental illness. Furthermore, Nooner has filed a federal lawsuit questioning the constitutionality of the death penalty in Arkansas.

Please write to Gov. Mike Beebe on behalf of Terrick Nooner!
