Frank Welch, August 21, OK

Do Not Execute Frank Welch!

Oklahoma is set to execute Frank Welch on August 21, 2007, for the February 1987 murder of Jo Talley Cooper.

The state of Oklahoma should not execute Frank Welch for his role in this crime.  Executing Welch would violate the right to life as declared in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and constitute the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment.  Welch claims that the prosecution presented improper evidence from another case, along with improper testimony of two witnesses.

Please write to Gov. Brad Henry on behalf of Frank Welch!
