Kenneth Parr, August 15, Texas
Do Not Execute Kenneth Parr!
The state of Texas is scheduled to execute Kenneth Parr on August 15, 2007, for the January 1998 murder of Linda Susan Malek.
Texas should not execute Parr for his role in this crime. Executing Parr would violate the right to life as declared in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and constitute the ultimate cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment. Furthermore, Parr maintains his innocence, as verified in a document written by a witness to the crime, which states that Parr was not present during the crime.
Please write to Gov. Rick Perry on behalf of Kenneth Parr!
